My daughter requested me to prepare dinner beans with pork. The flavour of ginger and garlic could be very appetizing. Youngsters eat nicely 😉

Sauteed beans and ham

200g (7 ounces) ham, thinly sliced

100g (3.5 ounces) onions

* 1/2 tsp. salt

* 1 tbsp. Sake or white wine

* 1 tbsp. grated ginger

* 1 clove of garlic

Sesame oil



1. Thinly slice the pork into bite-sized items and season with salt, sake, grated ginger, and minced garlic (or crushed garlic is allowed to be eliminated for later).

2. Slice the onions. Warmth the sesame oil in a frying pan and prepare dinner the onion slices till they soften barely.

3. Add the marinated pork and fry till fading pink.

4. Season with black pepper and sesame oil. Add the cooked beans and blend gently to complete.
