Review: Boomerang – Steak and Potato Pie

Boomerang pie, steak and fries Options “Steak and pure potatoes combined with beef gravy in puff pastry.”

I purchased a 6 oz pie for $2.99 on the market.

The crust was flaky and crunchy but in addition dry. The field contained microwave crunchy texture in each the plate and the field (which appears to be pretty customary for pot pies these days).

Curiously, the crust was pretty thick and agency and you might really raise the pie from the plate onto each by hand (which is smart since boomerang pies are impressed by Australian pasties). I’m used to consuming pot pies from the plate with a fork or spoon.

The filling was barely salty with a scrumptious natural flavour. There have been small items of beef and potatoes within the thick gravy however the gravy lacked richness. The meat-to-potato ratio skewed considerably towards the potatoes (this can be true of most frozen pot pies however maybe quite a lot of greens makes it appear much less so in different pies).

General, Boomerang’s Steak and Potato Pie was considerably of a hoax in my e-book. I usually like steak and chips however the taste was quite simple right here.
